Sarah Marawi is an HR Professional and has worked within the HR realm for over 9 years and is currently a SHRM certified professional working as a Director of HR in a manufacturing organization. She has worked within HR roles in the following industries: healthcare, manufacturing, and private education. Throughout her career she has interviewed thousands of individuals for various roles and enjoys the opportunity to help develop individuals to reach their maximum potential. 

Adam Rosenfield is the powerhouse behind ensuring top-tier candidates fill crucial positions at Casoro Group, a multifamily real estate investment firm, and its family of companies: CLEAR Property Management, Ingenium Construction, Performance Utilities and Billing, and its discretionary, non-traded multifamily income REIT, Upside Avenue, while also ensuring our team members are taken care of, through administration of benefits, payroll, employee relations, helping to understand employment law and developing performance objectives to help our teams operate on a high level.

Megan Thornton Megan Thornton is a fierce believer in the potential of all people. A self-diagnosed culture junkie and die-hard believer that work should be fun, Megan loves creating the conditions for people to come alive at work.  She has worked at a variety of companies from family owned business to international software companies.  As the current Vice President of HR at Kasasa, Megan's focus is to continue to build upon the company's amazing culture that has been integral in their multi-year designation as one of Austin's Best Places to Work.

Justin Sharp currently serves as Global Compensation Manager with SailPoint Technologies where he oversees total rewards administration for over 20 countries along with global equity plan design and administration. Prior to joining SailPoint Technologies, Justin worked with AMD where he provided global compensation guidance for over 25 countries and assisted in equity administration.

Ashley Perryman is a Boston native who currently leads Global Talent Management for Epicor Software, where she oversees Performance Management, Executive Coaching, Learning & Development, and Succession Planning. Passionate about the people that bring organizations to life, Perryman is known for developing transformational People-First programs that strengthen accountability and elevate the learning experiences at high-growth companies.
