Discussions about race, inclusiveness and sensitivity clearly aren’t new but many people choose to not talk about it in public. These conversations can leave us feeling depleted and wondering whether anything has really changed. Personal reflections and individual stories can inspire all of us to think and talk about these issues in a deeper way. During this session we will be focusing on Macro and Micro aggressions that oftentimes people of color have to face.
